Very satisfied with their professionalism and advice and support and help. I have had 2 bad experiences from my surgery at Staithes with prescriptions not being signed from by the doctors and the girls being allowed to dispense the medication. Not only myself but my next door neighbour they gave him water pills instead of back of en for his stroke and he was on 3 a day and the poor man was unable to get to the bathroom quick enough and he was incontinent. They should be pulled to task about their gross misconduct. I am so unhappy about this and I will be using Lloyd in Loftus to get my medication in the future. Baclofen not back of then.
